We want you to be fully satisfied with your generated brand assets. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all subscription plans and one-time branding generation packages.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your request within 14 days of the initial purchase transaction date. Please note that if you have already exported/downloaded more than 5 distinct high-resolution SVG logo vectors, you may no longer be eligible for a full refund.
3. Refund Processing
Once your request is approved, we will process the credit to your original payment method (typically within 5 to 10 business days depending on your banking provider). Upon refund completion, your licensing rights to any generated assets are voided, and you must cease utilization of those logos.
