By accessing and using Norevik AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this platform and its underlying logo generation models.
2. License and Platform Access
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access the Norevik AI platform. You may generate logos and assets for your business, startup, or clients in accordance with your subscription or payment model.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All proprietary algorithms, platform architecture, design templates, and website code are the exclusive property of Norevik AI. Upon successful purchase or generation through active subscriptions, the user acquires full commercial and copyright ownership of the specific customized SVG/PNG output files.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the generated logo assets for any illegal activities, trademark infringement of established global brands, or to generate symbols representing hate speech or violence. Norevik AI reserves the right to terminate access for accounts found in violation of these conditions.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
All payments are processed securely through third-party processors. Monthly subscriptions are billed automatically. One-time packages grant lifetime access to the specific generated assets and profiles created during that session.
6. Limitation of Liability
Norevik AI is provided "as is" without any warranties. We shall not be held liable for any damages, brand registration conflicts, trademark rejection, or business loss resulting from the use or inability to use the generated brand marks.
